Efficiency
The aroTHERM plus achieves SCOP ratings of up to 4.7, qualifying for A+++ energy rating. At the lowest ambient temperature (-15°C), the system maintains heating capacity, making it suitable for all UK climates including colder northern regions.
Integration with Existing Vaillant Systems
One of the aroTHERM's strongest selling points is compatibility with Vaillant's uniTOWER and auroSTOR cylinders, as well as multiMATIC and sensoNET control systems. This simplifies system design and provides a seamless user experience.
R290 Propane Refrigerant
The newer aroTHERM plus models use R290 (propane) refrigerant, which has a global warming potential (GWP) of just 3 compared to 675 for the older R32. This future-proofs the system against refrigerant phase-down regulations.
